Matthew 4:19 (ESV)
19 And he said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
The HEARTBEAT of God is to see his followers go out and make disciples. Jesus did just that in Matthew 4:18-22. He went out and called men to drop what they were doing and to become his followers. He words were “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” He wants us to go fishing and to catch people and have them follow him as well. Evangelism is the heart of God.
